• Full program fees or service fees are due at booking unless an authorized payment plan (such as Afterpay) is used.
• Bookings made through Afterpay are subject to Afterpay terms and conditions. Payments will be collected by Afterpay according to their schedule.
• Refunds: Refunds for training services are permitted only if requested in writing at least 14 business days before the session start date. Afterpay refunds will be processed according to Afterpay policies.
• Cancellations/Reschedules: Cancellations within 24–72 hours may forfeit the deposit. Reschedules may incur a fee if outside policy timelines.
• By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and authorize Ms. Kim’s Beauty Exchange LLC to charge your chosen payment method and to provide Afterpay with necessary transaction details. urday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Why don’t I see Afterpay at checkout?
Afterpay approval is determined by Afterpay and Square. Not all services or customers are eligible.

Does Afterpay change your refund policy?
No. Our refund and cancellation policies apply to all payments. Approved refunds for Afterpay purchases are processed through Square and Afterpay.

Can I receive my certificate if my Afterpay plan isn’t finished?
No. Certificates, CE documentation, and proof of completion are issued only after full payment and program completion, including Afterpay balances.

Is Afterpay offered for all programs?
Afterpay is available for eligible services only and may not apply to every training.

  Afterpay allows eligible clients and students to split payments into installments. Approval, payment scheduling, and collection are handled directly by Afterpay and Square.

• All Square transactions are documented with invoices, receipts, attendance records, and signed agreements
• Chargebacks may result in suspension from current or future training

Certificates are awarded when all requirements are met:

• Required hours completed
• Attendance verified
• Tuition paid in full
• Skill demonstrations completed
• Professional conduct upheld

Attendance: Required daily; make‑ups may apply
Professional Conduct: Respect, hygiene, safety required
Safety & Sanitation: Infection control enforced at all times
Refunds/Transfers: Per written agreement and enrollment terms
